Yoo Eun Soo (KIM HEE-SEON) is a general surgeon who switched to plastic surgery because she does not want to handle too much gore. She is from the present time Seoul.

Choi Young (LEE MIN-HO) is the captain of Wu Dal Chi (the private guards of the King) from Goryeo period. He was sent by the King to enter “Heaven's Gate” and bring back a disciple of Hwa Ta to save the Queen. Eun Soo and Choi Young's love's story will begin from here.

REVIEW

I was never into historical dramas however I love Lee Min Ho so I watched and loved it. It's very different from the regular Korean dramas so I highly recommend it. Dr Jang (Philip Lee) is a scene stealer and have a great friendship with Eun Soo. I also love the side story of the King of Goryeo (Ryu Deok-Hwan) and Princess of Yuan (Park Se-Young).
