SYNOPSIS

Captain Yoo Si Jin (SONG JOONG KI) took an oath to rescue elders, children and beautiful women which lead him to a single life until he met the beautiful Dr. Kang Mo-Yeon (SONG HYE-KYO).

Doctor Kang Mo-Yeon is the most beautiful female surgeon at Haesung Hospital, but her busy schedule leaves no room for romance until she laid eyes on Captain Yoo Si Jin.

Yoo Si Jin and Seo Dae Young (JIN GOO) captured a motorcycle thief while on their military vacation that lead them to Haesung Hospital where Dr. Kang is one of the top surgeons. Dr. Kang mistook Capt Yoo to be a ganster who beat up her patient (the thief), eventhough she was aloof he still fell head-over-heels in-love.

REVIEW

Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo are match made in heaven! (Song-Song couple) Their chemistry is raw and undeniable on-screen and off-screen. DOTS is a story about two adults who are busy with their careers that romance was put on hold, until they met each other. The chemistry is instant and they both knew it's fate that brought them together. The conflict comes in, as adults, we don't just jump in a relationship because we are so afraid to get hurt – because we have been there. The story of DOTS is unlike any drama because it hits close to home. Just two adults who fell in love but their careers and responsiblities made it complicated to just enjoy the moment and truly bask in romance. Everything that one is looking for in a great drama is here ~ romance, drama, action, friendship, family, career, natural disaster, medical situations even patriotism. Very Highly Recommended!!! 5 out 5 stars ^_^

NOTES

DOTS is shot on-location at Greece (as fictitious country “Urk”) from June 2015 until the end of December 2015.
Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo are friends even before this drama. They have mutual friends actor Jo In Sung and actor Yoon In Ah (has a cameo as bank teller).
I watched Joong Ki on Penny Pinchers years ago and I thought he was Onew from Shinee.
Lee Jin Ki aka Onew is also in this drama as (young) junior doctor of Dr. Kang.
