or not believe in love. He is in Tokyo to finish his film when his
interviewee stole his cellphone.
Haruka
(UENO JURI) is a heartbroken Japanese woman who went to Seoul to sign
up for a contemporary dance class. She sent a text to her
ex-boyfriend expecting not to receive a reply but it came to her
surprise when she did.
Woo Hyun
and Haruka will develop a great friendship over SMS messages even if
they speak different languages.
REVIEW
I love
short series because it is direct, honest, concise and
to-the-point. The story line is refreshing and portrays how technology
nowadays has a big impact on our daily lives specially our love
lives. That even two people with different backgrounds, has a
language barrier and ocean apart can still develop a great friendship
that will turn into love. Another reason why I love "The Secret Message" because of my bias (Choi Seung Hyun).
HIGHLIGHT
The meteor shower blackout date. Great effects!
First date walking around the city - reminded me of a scene from Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeve's movie "The Lake House".
Woo Hyun serenaded Haruka. ^_^
